6th Annual GermanFest
Join us once again to celebrate our German heritage at First Lutheran Church & School on Saturday, August 24, 11am-8pm. There will be fun and games for the children along with German food and drink, music and dancing.
Back again will be Hawg Dawg’s and Cubish food trucks along with our school & youth serving up classic German food. We will be featuring music from First Lutheran School Choirs, Mike Beckley, Concord Brass, & Knoxville Polka Kings in addition to the Organ Konzert by the University of Tennessee Organ Studio. We will be serving delicious craft brews from some of our local breweries: Fanatic, SchulzBrau, Elkmont Exchange, and Printshop. Back for the second year will be the Root Bier Garden and Apfel Strudel.
